Helen is living in the second of the South Hill Cottages in 1891, and is boarding along with her sister-in-law Margaret Frances Staveley, in the WAKEHAM household. Helen's brother-in-law, Joseph Henderson Singer Staveley, is lodging in the adjacent cottage in the TILLMAN household.
