Richard Henry Thomas Staveley (b. 1781) is the son of Richard Staveley and Dorothy OVINGTON of London. He married Mary Ann FYFE on August 22, 1805 at St. Alban Wood Street, and had the following children:
Richard Staveley |
b. April 30, 1807 | St. Alban Wood Street, London |
William Brown Staveley |
b. April 24, 1810 | St. Alban Wood Street, London |
Fredric Peters Staveley |

Son William Brown Staveley (b. 1810 - 1890) married Eleanor Elwin and settled with his family in Falmer, Sussex.
Son Richard Staveley (b. 1807-1870) married Agnes Jane CARTER (b.1811-?) and are known to have had three children: Marianne Fyfe Staveley (b. 1841), Frederic Winbolt Staveley (b. 1844) and a son Henry (b. 1847). It is unknown where Richard and Agnes' children were christened, but census data suggests they were all born in Liverpool. Richard and Agnes are in Islington Liverpool in 1841, and Toxteth Park by 1851. They are then found with their three children residing in Kirkdale, Lancashire in 1861. Their son, Frederic Winbolt Staveley, became a Shipping Agent and is living in Bootle, Lancashire in 1871. Daughter Marianne Fyfe Staveley, married Matthew GALBRAITH of Scotland, and moved to Aberdeen. Son Henry Staveley married Jessie T. GALBRAITH from Edinburgh, Scotland, possibly the sister of Matthew mentioned above. Henry, like his brother Frederic, also became a Shipping Agent, but primarily based his business from Hornsey in Middlesex.
