Eastland Staveley was born in 1845, the son of Eastland Staveley and Ann of Walsoken, Norfolk, and descends from the Gainsborough, Lincolnshire Staveley line. Eastland Jr. married Jane BARKER in Altrincham, Cheshire in 1883. In 1891 the family is residing in Formby, near Southport Lancashire as follows:

Note the name Knaith/Knathia was used by Staveleys of Knaith Lincolnshire in mid-late 1700's. This Formby line is known to descend from Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, first via London and later Norfolk before settling in Lancashire.
Eastland and Jane's son Eastland b. 1884 married Christina E. MARSHALL on July 31, 1918 in Liverpool, and had a son Eastland Stuart Staveley.
